FlowLog and reporting

What is FlowLog and how do clients use it?

By Progress Services Group · Last reviewed 30 October 2026

Short answer

FlowLog is the platform Progress Services Group built to record every clean, inspection and job. Clients open a private link for their site to see who is on site, attendance, inspection results, defects fixed and any requests they have raised.

What clients can see

  • Who is on site, with GPS and photo-verified check-ins.
  • Attendance history.
  • Inspection reports and scores over time.
  • Defects found and the before-and-after photos when they are fixed.
  • Requests raised from the portal and their progress.
  • Compliance records, such as contractor insurances.

How access works

Each site has a private link, sent by the Progress account manager. There is no account or password to remember, and each link covers one site only.

Raising a request

Clients can raise a request at any time. Cleaning requests go to the site team, and repairs become a work order sent to a licensed trade and tracked to completion.

What this means in practice

  • Fewer phone calls and emails to find out what happened.
  • A record for audits, insurers and owners.
  • Monthly reporting built from the same records, with no re-typing.

You can see the portal layout in the demo portal, which uses sample data.
