What happens after you contact Progress for a quote?

By Progress Services Group · Last reviewed 30 October 2026

Short answer

When you send a request to Progress, it goes straight to the team, who come back to you with next steps. For most sites that means a conversation about what you need, a site walk-through to scope the work, a written proposal, and then a planned start with FlowLog set up for your site. Urgent faults are handled by phone on 1300 086 628.

Step 1: You tell us what you need

Use the quote form on the Contact page, call 1300 086 628 or email info@progressfm.com.au. The form asks which services you need, the sector, state and number of sites, how often the work is needed, and how to reach you. You can also say you are not sure yet and want to talk it through.

Step 2: We come back to you

Your request goes straight to the Progress team. We come back to you with next steps, usually starting with a call to understand the sites, the standard you expect and any problems you have with your current arrangements.

Step 3: Site walk-through

For most sites we visit, look at the premises with you and scope the work. You can nominate a preferred date on the form. For a multi-site portfolio we usually start with a representative sample of sites and a conversation about how you want to be reported to.

Step 4: Written proposal

You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price you can compare against other providers. If you are running a formal tender, we respond to your documents in the format you ask for.

Step 5: Start-up

Once you accept, we plan the start date, brief and induct the site team, and set up your site in FlowLog so that attendance, inspections and requests are recorded from the first shift.

If it is urgent

Do not use the quote form for an urgent fault. Call 1300 086 628, which is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a cost to request a quote?

Requesting a quote and booking a site walk-through is how scoping starts. Ask the team if you want to confirm what is included before you book.

Can I request a quote for several sites at once?

Yes. The form lets you select the number of sites and multiple states, and the team can scope a portfolio rather than one site at a time.
